What the fuck is the deal with places selling mini hamburgers? They give you four of them on a plate. Why don't you just make on big hamburger? I don't get it.
There are a lot of "mini burgers" in otherwise normal restaurants around Connecticut. It's ridiculous. I think groups of ladies go out for "cosmo night" and everyone has one tiny burger each.
I must admit, there's this one place, Plan B (another story), that serves them in a tall stack skewered on one of those things diners put receipts on. That's kind of pleasing, and I'd eat them up if someone else was paying.
