You are what you eat
I started the morning off with cheerios (no milk..just out of the box) and then had half of an orange for a snack. For lunch I had a salad made mostly of baby spinach, arugula, asparagus and carrots dressed with apple cider vinegar and olive oil. For dinner I had vegan lentil soup. Never in my entire lifetime have I ever eaten his healthy. My high cholesterol feels completely betrayed by me.
